Attached is my Honda XL250 is just acquired by a neighbor who had it sitting in a garage for seven years!  I had to remove the rust in the gas tank, clean the Carb twice and install a fuel filter!  It appears to be running fine now!   Even without the Carb cleaned, it started on the second kick!
