1973 Honda CB450 AHRMA road racer |
| My return to road racing in 1995 was upon this
machine. I raced it in WERA and AHRMA, and had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I
had an accident on this bike at Talladega GP, trying to win practice. It was a
sobering experience and reminded me, that at 48, wounds don't heal as quickly as
when I was young. Also, on the same day, in Sportsman 500, I lost a good friend,
Tim Kiper, who was involved in a freak accident and lost his life.
