Mike Springfield's TL's

I was reading the posts about painting. These two TL's were painted using professional PPG paint and clear coat for under $100.00, of course I did it myself. The process was acrylic enamel with a clear coat over it. The acrylic enamel is supposed to stand up to gas but I have never had much luck with it; over time the gas fades it. The clear coat seems to last forever.

I had a great time restoring the TLs and a better time riding them. I got the decals on Ebay from seller gkmmn.
