Rick's (a former owner of Xlint) YSR

This picture was among some shots of Rick's race bikes. This bike was acquired from Don Smith, a Honda Benley expert who lives in Florence SC. Rick traded a 1965 Honda Superhawk (in pieces), plus some cash, for the YSR.He thought his wife Susie would be interested in riding it, but it proved to be too small, except for an occasional jaunt around the neighborhood. I did see 55 mph on the speedo, downhill.

I later sold the YSR to a fellow WERA racer, who used it as a "pit bike".
